Contract between company and customer
When you send an order to purchase products from our site, you receive a confirmation e-mail regarding order receipt - ORDER CONFIRMATION. By receiving this message, you become a member of a contract between you and Maxcare. Maxcare reserves the right to own the products until they are fully paid by the customer & receive payment from Maxcare. Maxcare has the right to cancel an order for safety reasons when they are appropriate.
How are orders shipped?
Small orders and orders of low weight are shipped with the partner Courier - ELTA Courier. For Large Volume Orders the shipment is performed by a shipping company. For Athens, the co-operating transport company is: KOSTOPOULOS Votanikos. For Thessaloniki, the cooperating transport company is PETATIS Kalochori. In the event of bulky transport to any other region of Greece we will communicate with the customer.
All domestic orders are shipped within 48 hours of their submission, from MONDAY to FRIDAY (excluding official holidays).
There is always the possibility of sending an order within 3-5 days of submission due to unpredictable factors. In any case, the company will inform the customer.
How long are orders shipped?
Orders related to products in stock are shipped the next business day. Otherwise, they are shipped within 3-10 days, as the case may be. In this case you will be informed of the delivery date.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is automatically calculated according to the area and the volume / weight of the package of your order.
For purchases over € 89 domestic shipment is free of charge.
All the above prices include the legal VAT of 24%.
Transportations outside Greece are automatically calculated according to the volume / weight of the package and the area. Maxcare is not responsible for any customs charges, as these may vary from country to country. These charges are charged to the customer.

All stocks are given through our online store. However, this stock may differ in cases where stocks were banned from the B2B platform or from our physical store and have not yet been priced - so they still appear in stock. In such a case, you will be notified directly by email & amp; we will make sure that your order is refilled and executed more quickly.

Payment is made to the employee of the co-operating courier - ELTA Courier. Bulky items are not shipped by courier.
