How can I return a product?

You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of a relevant document (proof / invoice) (L.4242 / 14 - Government Gazette 50Α / 28-02-2014) if they have not been used, accompanied by the legal document / invoice) and comply with our Company's Replacement, Replacement and Replacement Policy.

Return of products procedure

  • Pack the products back to the condition you received them (box, card, cellophane) with the legal document (receipt / invoice)
  • Send the products to the address within 14 days of the date on the legal document (receipt / invoice):

  • For returns within Greece, call ELTA Courier on 11120 from land line or 210 6073 000 give Maxcare a parcel delivery order - so you'll get a better pricing policy for return costs. These costs will be charged to the final cost of the new item you choose.
  • The value of returned products will be offset by the value of the new merchandise you have selected. Any additional charges as well as the shipping and remittance costs will be settled either through our bank accounts or by the courier. In the event of incorrect collection by the courier company the bank charges are borne by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that may be lost upon return to us. For this reason, we suggest you call our courier - courier - ELTA Courier to ensure the correct return and replacement procedure.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order if it has not already been shipped.

What are the conditions for returning / changing a product?

If Maxcare is responsible for failing to send a product, defective product, or a product other than the one displayed at the eshop, you may request that you replace it with another product of your choice or even a refund of the price you paid. Return costs in this case are exclusively charged to Maxcare.

In which cases is it not possible to return / change a product?

To make any replacement / return, the product must be accompanied by the legal document issued (proof / invoice). Otherwise it will not be replaced / returned.

If the product you returned is used or corrupted from its original state, Maxcare will not accept it and will be returned back. The recipient will pay the shipping costs.

All items in sealed packaging (disposable gloves, disposable gloves, other packaged products) or products that have been processed such as embroidery, branding, etc. are not returned.

Maxcare has every legitimate right not to accept refunds that do not comply with the Return Policy / Cancellations and Cancellations Policy set out above and not to refund the price as compensation in any such case.

Differentiated product of the illustrated item

If the product you received has deviations from the type shown, please let us know. We are sorry for any unfortunate transaction that occurs (incorrect order, wrong quantity, wrong / defective product) and we urge you to follow the Return / Change and Cancellation Policy to serve you immediately and at no extra charge.
